Ok so they are simply the best! This is the first time I used this moving option and glad I did.. the movers assigned were so brilliant, they were punctual, followed up much before the appointment and finished the complete move in forty mins!( I was shifting from 1st floor to 2nd). I really didn't expect them to be this quick. Also they are super transparent regarding moving charges. I didn't had to pay a penny above the quote apart from tip. Just loved the complete experience.

I happen to use the service that contracts this moving company. The movers showed up on the day of the move and loaded everything in truck from one place and unloaded everything at new place. I had found some broken and damaged things of mine but I was getting settled in. It took me a week to unpack in bits because I work two jobs, when I noticed that I was missing one box of valuables. I reached out to contact this place by email and I called this place several times, left voicemail messages but never got a courtesy call back, no email response regarding my missing box, or anything. I hope they return my box since these are very pricy valuables, I know it was packed unfortunately and placed in the truck with my boxes and furniture but never made it in my home. Thanks.

I used this company for my move it was $1400 which is fine however they broke my 55inch that’s usually in our bedroom. If it was an old tv I would’ve been fine and just bought a new one but this tv was less than a year old. I’ve filed a claim and have tried to follow up, now they are not responding of course. Very disappointed, I will be calling my credit card and seeing what can be done.

Was provided with this company to move from my moving agency and they were pretty nice but some of my items are missing like a box of kitchen things and a marble end table. Also when paying we were told to pay via Zelle then a lady called saying the Zelle wouldn’t go through until the following Tuesday (it was Sunday 4/28) so she asked us to pay cash and be refunded. It is now 5/14 and we’ve been calling and texting and no one is answering so of course now we have to dispute with our bank. Not very happy overall but I know to not use this company or refer anyone to them for future moves. Gave 2 star only because the movers were pleasant people and they worked hard but yea never again.
