Had a fabulous experience. We packed and moved about 50% of the small and fragile items on our own ahead of time and set aside one closet for the things we didn't want them to pack or take. We had a pack day and a move day. 4 Packers, 2 trucks (FULL), and 5 movers. There were 2 guys, including the lead that were experienced and there both days which was very helpful. They asked good questions and were very efficient. They worked together well, each knowing their roles and taking direction from the lead and assisting each other when needed. We are fully unpacked and one broken plate and that is it. These guys worked hard with only the breaks I made them take, super respectful and careful with our things. Bobo was a great lead, not only directing, but teaching. Impressive! Morgan, a great communicator and mechanic and a leader in his own right, making sure everyone had what they needed and he was sure hustling. Evan and Garreth I believe are new but you would not know it - strong, capable, efficient, conscientious and so incredibly kind! Deion - got the work done - never complained but was always the one with the heaviest stuff and always the one having to haul up the stairs - a real rock star. All 5 of them a great team! It was a long day and they were great til the last thing was of the truck and in place. Reminder to take care of these folks that work hard, they bring drinks but don't have easy access to ice or refills, so extra water, Gatorade, and quick snacks seemed to be appreciated. We also did Subway lunch on the 2nd day and gave tips on both days. Taking care of those that take care of you should be a part of what you budget. This is my 2nd time with Two Men and I would do it again, from the video consult to the end, Super easy. With every move, you still have to be on top of things and be present, it went well in part because we were ready, we didn't have them move our super fragile art items, we were engaged with them the entire time, and we had a good clean space ready for them when they delivered, pets and kids out if the way, etc.. Team work and positivity is the key during stressful days!

The movers did a good job. A couple of walls did get dinged, but they made good for it on our bill at the end. The men were polite, respectful and hardworking. The men get 5 stars…. BUT……. The reason for the 1 star is customer service. Our mattress was damaged during the move. The man in charge took photos and told us how to submit a claim. He was apologetic and said we would get help. We moved on May 24 and called right away regarding the damage. We received minimal communication and an email saying to put a mattress topper on to push the lump down. It is June 7 with no response or resolution. I emailed twice this past week with no response. The photos are of our mattress with a long lump. It’s like sleeping next to a speed bump. This was not there prior to our move. This mattress can’t be flipped or rotated and a mattress pad will not fix it.

Price on the 3 hour small move was high, however, I'm paying for "peace of mind"...which is priceless during stressful moving time. Want the job done quick + right? Thank you for a fantastic moving experience! From the individual who set up the appointment to the moving team - it was a very smooth experience. They called to notify me they were on their way and when they arrived, began wrapping and protecting the items being moved. Everything was delivered and placed perfectly. Cameron and Hayden were our movers today, and they were absolutely amazing to work with. Very efficient and very careful with our furniture. We have used Two Men and A Truck three times now, and both Cameron and Hayden are truly the best to work with!!
