Innovative Towing and Recovery posted a vehicle for sale that they had repossessed/towed in. We made arrangements to meet at 12pm and I drove 2 hours to get there. Owner kept pushing the time over and over again, making non stop excuse after excuse. 4:30pm and I’m still waiting. After a 2 hour drive I had to stick it out. I told the owner I would stick around even after 4.5 wasted hours if he worked with me on the price and I was told “you can go home bud”. So I make the 2 hour drive back home only to receive a message at 6pm that he’s there finally. 6 hours late and absolutely no empathy, no remorse for my time, no care at all. In conclusion I took the day off work, drove 4 hours round trip, and waited in the middle of Barstow for 4.5 hours with nothing to show for it. Thank you for the wasted time.

Going back and forth and mucking around. It is completely unreliable and clearly has no way of showing accountability. 0 if it was the option.

We were stuck in the middle of nowhere. The tow truck driver, Orlando, got us to our destination safely. The owner, Valentina, went above and beyond assisting us with the snafu caused by our insurance company's roadside assistance saving us a sizable amount of money. Many thanks and kudos!
