I had a really positive experience with these guys for my spa removal. Jeff was quick to respond over email regarding the price quote and some clarifications. Once scheduled, Jeff and his team showed up on time, carefully disconnected the electrical connections, taped the wirings and carried the spa out. They were done in about 30 minutes. Great job overall.

These guys certainly got the job done without any complaints and without any problems. They worked within a situation that I would consider way less than ideal, but they made it seem like it was an easy job! They were careful with my hot tub as well as being cautious when maneuvering within the property it was being retrieved from. After the job was done you almost wouldn't even know there was anything that had happened! And believe me, to me that statement is almost unbelievable and is actually saying a lot considering my hot tub is a whopping 7ft by 7ft! And on top of all that, these guys were VERY VERY reasonable with their pricing...even though they delivered my beloved hot from Mountaim View all the way to my house in Santa Cruz. I recommend these guys to get the job done, and get it done right! Thanks guys, really appreciate your help :)

In the morning on Wednesday, July 10. COSTCO had just delivered an Aquaterra spa in my driveway. I began my search on the internet and then looked into the potential of hiring a crane to move the spa. This idea became impractical. So the next step was to look for some professional movers to move the spa down the side of my house to the backyard. My wife and I found Tri Valley Spa Movers while conducting a Google internet search and called to inquire about the potential of moving the spa. Jeff answered promptly and we made arrangements for him to be at my house. He and his team arrived early in the given window of time. After looking over the job, we ran into some unexpected issues about getting the spa through a tight spot through a gate. Jeff and his team created a ramp which was highly successful. He and his team worked hard to get the spa to the backyard. In the process, Jeff and his team were extremely mindful about our neighbors plants and other ornamental objects that were in the close proximity to the path. Once down the path and into the backyard, Jeff and his team brought the spa to the awaiting cement pad. They positioned the spa perfectly and even spent time helping my neighbor and I start the set up process. I am glad that I only have to move the spa once. It was a tough job and I would highly recommend Jeff, his team, and Tri Valley Spa movers.
