We been hauling for that broker loads for a while now, no big problems, just started reefer runs, and got this situation that they refusing to pay detention because of the freight being produce load... They should mention that while booking a load. Just wanna warn other carriers, so they will know that. Not gonna book any reefer loads with them anymore

Will SHARE our story publicly. Booked a REFRIGERATED LOAD (-10F) with Archie Barnes. Picked up on time, delivered on time. Receiver Doesn't have a dock, unloading REFRIGERATED product OUTSIDE on 95F in ALABAMA. I REPEAT MYSELF OUTSIDE A FROZEN LOAD and trying to claim us on our insurance due to product being not frozen!!! CLAIMING OUR INSURANCE, our insurance of course denies the claim. FUN STARTS HERE : They put us a FREIGHTGUARD REPORT for being UNCOOPERATIVE which is total lie. We provided the main broker ARCHIE Refer Temp Logs download right after he asked and claim was denied due to not our fault. Not sure what are they trying to reach here but right now lots of brokers sees unresolved claim on Carrier411 (which was everything done from our side) as a totaly fraudulent comment and it stops our business growing!!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE SCAM TACTICS from this particular brokerage. NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS BROKERAGE!! They lie publicly. P.S. You can see pictures attached, have videos of receiver unloading the product as well!!

Broker booked a standard trailer, non food grade. We arrived with a perfect trailer, no holes oders, nothing inside, but they rejected it because there was a shiny spec in between the floor boards. When I contacted the broker and pointed out they didnt request a food grade trailer he started insulting, creating new excuses and attaching his final response to us. Integrity is a great company to work with but brokers like this are a stain on it.

We book load with patrick Doherty, He is very rude guy and very unprofessional he even don’t known how to work as broker we delivered load on 8/9 and 40 boxes rejected and we let then know and he said we will working on this, today is 8/13 almost 5 days the don’t have any response for this, my dispatch team call him he talked very rude. We send every day email for update he never reply email, he stuck my trailer from last 5 days for only 40 boxes how they work, how they are very unprofessional. PATRICK DOHERTY very rude very unprofessional.
