We had Integrity Windows install new windows in our 50 year old house in Los Gatos. We can't be happier. We can't believe the difference the new windows made in insulating against the heat and cold. We could feel the difference right away and could see if on our PG&E bill. We went with black framed window which updated the look of our house. We were lucky to have both owners, Albert and Lana, come out to measure our old windows and give us an estimate. Both were very nice and informative. My wife and I shopped around, and Integrity gave us a better quote on our Milgard Windows than the other four estimates we received. The installation crew was also great. They were clean, courteous, and on time. At the start of every day, they came to the door to greet us and let us know what areas they would be working on. At the end of every day, they did a full clean-up, asked if we had any questions, and said goodbye. Each of our new windows was larger than the original windows that they were replacing. The Integrity installation team did a fantastic job with our stucco and wood on the house. After everything was painted, you couldn't tell that the windows were replaced. Everything looks perfect. Obviously, we highly recommend Integrity Windows. The service, price, installation team, and quality of the product couldn't be better.

We are extremely happy with our completed project (8 windows and 1 sliding door), and believe me when I tell you, we did our research! From the minute Lana entered our home, we recognized she had 20 years of knowledge learned from her family owned local business, really listened to what we wanted, and was able to provide us with more options than their competitors. The cost of our entire project was also extremely fair (less than half) in comparison to my other quotes. The installation team was respectful, thorough and exceeded our expectations as far as quality control, and project completion date. The communication from the owners, installing teams and office were clear, friendly and consistent. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Scheduling the initial in person consultation was quick as they came out to see our property within the day. They were very clear about our options even at the initial consultation, and they also had a showroom where we could see and try out the doors they offered. Integrity offers more services than any other door/window installer. They are able to create larger openings for your doors/windows, move electrical and will take care of your permitting needs. Integrity windows did an excellent job replacing all my windows and installing a French Door for my patio. I am really impress of how they matched the existing stucco of my house. There is no difference between the new and the old one. Very good job.

Integrity Windows was a fantastic company to work with. Super responsive and works with their customer to stay in contact and up to date on the project. The worker's are fantastic, Pedro came out to my house and was a 1 man crew that did everything from demo to framing, insulation, installation of the window and re-did all the stucco to match! High quality that's well worth the cost! I will definitely be back to work with them again!
