Intelligent Movers were prompt and communicative: I was never in doubt about when they were due to arrive, and what to expect day of the move. Our movers were friendly, speedy, and careful: I had no concerns handing them pre-packed fragile objects or letting them finish wrapping and handling furniture items. Everything was delivered up two flights of stars (no elevator) with no issue—they were courteous, asked where things should go, and clever with arrangement so we still had room to maneuver among the forest of boxes. At the end of it, they actually came in *under* the quote, which was a lovely surprise on top of a surprisingly painless move. I will be recommending Intelligent Labor & Moving to all my friends in the area for upcoming moves. Thank you again!

We have moved twice with Intelligent Labor and Moving and we were equally impressed both times. What strikes me most about their team is their fantastic attitude. They have a true can-do spirit and were all such a pleasure to spend the day with. We had a lot of heavy items that were on a second and third floor and they were careful and calculating with everything. We miscalculated how much stuff we had and they had to call in a second crew at the end to complete the job. We came in at double the estimate, but it seemed completely fair to me. Moving is horrible, but they were the best part of it. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The whole team was super professional. They arrived on-time, we went through paperwork and they got to work. Asking questions, wrapping furniture etc. They were careful with our items, especially some of the older heirloom furniture. Moving is very stressful and the team did a great job reducing that stress. We had a full sized truck and a smaller electric truck for our move. It was so great to have the battery electric truck on our move and was one of the primary reasons I went with ILM. Thanks so much. Update June 2023: We had to move again (hopefully the last time for a few years) and of course had Intelligent back. If anything the crew this time was a step above the guys last time! (same crew chief). The crew did a great job, super respectful and just downright great to work with. You can't go wrong really! Thanks guys :)

I can't praise Intelligent Labor enough for their fine and efficient work. This is the third move I've done with them and, as I've come to expect, the entire process was a pleasure. When I first moved they hadn't yet had the online interface that allows you to itemize your stuff. That was a great help. Scheduling is always tough but we were able to find a time that worked for everyone. And the execution was flawless. The team was quick and professional but most of all CAREFUL! Everything got to my new house in the shape in which it went into the truck. No breakage, no nicks, no damage whatsoever. I hope I don't move again, but if I do, Intelligent Labor will be my partner in crime. I highly recommend this fabulous crew.
