I needed a broker stat to help with my customs release. I googled and Marine Air Land popped up. I gave them a call and JR was so helpful. He explained the whole process to me as I’m new to this and expedite my request. Honestly JR saved me another trip back to the logistics company and loads of time. Working alongside JR and his team was a relatively smooth experience. Their communication skills were good, and they have efficiency in their work. However, it is with regret that I must highlight some shortcomings within the team. It appears that certain members struggled to diligently follow up, which resulted in a lack of clear instructions and overall clarity. Unfortunately, this oversight had significant consequences, leading to approximately $3000 in additional fees and extensive damage to my vehicle during its transportation from Japan to Texas.

JR was incredibly knowledgable , and helpful . After talking to 3 other importers ( ALL of whom told me I had to take my vehicle BACK to canada to import it) JR dispelled all bad information and quickly and very affordably completed my import ! JR was very prompt also answering my million questions . I would definitely recommend Marine Air Land Int Services for any and all further business !!
