Mohammad and team are very punctual and got our move super smooth. I was very doubtful about the truck size since the number of moving boxes got increased in the last minute but the team did a very great work of packing it better. All the items are moved safe and folks are patient enough to place the items in the suggested rooms at the destination. I will definitely recommend them for the move.

I had hired them to move between 1-bedroom apartments. Muhammad Ali and Paul were both very nice and efficient, optimizing the work while working with a smile on their faces. They had put a lot of care into wrapping fragile objects - very skillful and professional!

The entire experience with Mckinzie Movers was one of disappointment. Starting off, the movers showed up where we were moving TO instead of where we were moving FROM so that cost us almost 2 hours of our moving day. Mckinzie Movers also tried to charge us 30$ move per hour than what was originally quoted and only gave us 5% discount instead of the 10% promised when we paid in cash. Finally, after the movers said that all of our items were out of there truck, we realized the next day that we were missing an item. I contacted our mover and he said that he indeed have our item in his truck and that he would return it but I needed to contact Mohamed, the dispatcher/office person. Mohamed initially said he would return the item but after a few days of saying he would have someone dropping off our item at a specific, and then canceling or just not showing up with no call or warning, He offered to pay for a replacement. We took him up on his offer to replace the item and went out and made our purchase but after when I asked for payment from him, he changed his mind and said he’d have someone return our item. We then went back and forth with scheduling times but them never showing up for a few more days until I got really mad and he then finally paid me for the replacement. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! Moving is stressful enough then to have to deal with this company too. Mohamed was also callous with his correspondence with us, telling us that, “we are not the only people who were moving” and then acted too busy to deal with us. Loop

Hired them to move our 3 bed apartment to a 1 story home. They were friendly, responsive, punctual, and efficient. It was a very quick process and couldn’t be happier.
