5/9/24 For the second time in the last year quickbooks online has changed for the worse. Can't stand how pathetic the new look & feel the estimate & invoicing software is. This looks like someone building the very first version that doesn't know what they are doing. If you going to add features leave everything the way it was & just add additional icons & say new feature. Then show what it does & give an option to remove your stupid features. If you have to many people there looking for reasons to keep there job by making these changes. For the love find something else for them to do.

One of the greediest company on the planet. I have been using Quickbooks Pro Desktop Version for decades now just to watch the company implement unreasonable price increases. The 2023 version is now selling for $549 which is utterly outrageous. I realize you have a monopoly with million of users but come on. Do you have to make it so expensive for a software that hardly ever changes. The users should start filling complaints with the Federal Trade Commission for unfair practices. The company really needs to be broken up since it is becoming too MONOPOLISTIC. I have sent a letter to my senator.

Intuit discontinued our product so we were forced to move elsewhere (as Quickbooks online does not handle stock assemblies). Despite being forced to move, we were forced to continue to pay for a subscription, just so that we could access our historical accounts data. One of Intuit's Core Values is "We do the right thing, even when no one is looking". Surely, the 'right thing' would be to allow customers to assess the software they have discontinued on a read only basis (or provide an alternative solution that can handle stock assemblies). I feel ripped off Intuit - we have been Quickbooks customers for many years and paid them a lot of money - it's so disappointing when big companies behave in this way, especially big companies who target small businesses as their customers.

Used to be good. No longer For over a decade I used Quickbooks accounting software for several LLCs that I managed. A couple of years ago I made the mistake of upgrading to the newest "desktop" software. Despite being sold as a Desktop version, Intuit frequently requires that I log into their system. If you are working offline, you MUST go online to log in before proceeding. Asking how to turn this off, I was told there was no way and this was done "for my security". Not sure if I am OFFLINE how hackers are going to access any of my data. Oh wait. INUIT IS THE HACKER.
