Pathetic company and guys who came to pick up the stuff. DO NOT BOOK with them . STAY AWAY from this moving company. Try UBox , Upack etc services. I recently used the services and had suffered a lot. 1. As I moved 6 months back with my same stuff, it was 440 cb ft so I was initially given estimates of below 2500 for 450 cb ft but on move date after loading the truck they changed it to double of it by telling its 900 cb ft. 2. iQMoving Storage guys who came to pick up are biggest fraud and refused to pack the stuff even though it was in contract. After 1 hour long calls they started packing but did not handled stuff carefully and kept most boxes half empty , broken many things. 3. Threatened to add more charges for delaying as I was trying customer care of the movers. 4. Charged extra 300 $ for 200 ft distance ( actual distance from apartment to truck was less than 100 ft still they forced these charges). I ended up paying extremely high cost so requesting all those who are lured by initial discounts to stay away and try other options.

IQ moving is exactly what a perfect moving work is!!, So perfect!! Truck 26' was at my house at 9am on the dot. They were prompt, Super friendly and professional!! They were careful with my items and most importantly extremally efficient. The move was quick and easy and we were done within 2 hours leaving me with the rest of the day to go shopping and prepare things and stuff for my new apartment. Hopefully I won’t be moving anytime soon but I would definitely use them again with no doubt!!! I would for sure recommend IQ Moving to friends & family and everyone that I know, They absolutory made my day, THANK YOU AGAIN!

I would not recommend using this moving company based on my recent move. My wife and I were moving a two bedroom/one nursery house from Virginia to Pennsylvania, and had an initial consult for packing and moving one month before the move. At the time everything seemed set up, but then we didn’t receive a confirmation or any instructions about how to get the house ready until I contacted the company 5 days before the move. At that time, they were unable to give me any details about the move or narrow down the 48 hour window in which to expect the packers and movers that I had initially gotten. We were told the day before the movers came that they would be there in the afternoon, then received a call in the morning from the movers that they were on their way. When they arrived, we realized that they had sent two people to pack and move an entire house, and the movers themselves seemed to be surprised that more people hadn’t been assigned. They packed for four hours on the first day, then another ten hours the following day finally finishing at 8pm. I was unable to stay at the house that late, and had checked with the movers at 6pm, at which point I pointed out that neither of our bathrooms were packed and various wall decorations and drawers hadn’t been packed. They assured me they would be done, and I went on my way. To their credit, the movers showed up promptly at the house in Philadelphia and were able to move our furniture inside (and put several pieces back together) quickly and efficiently. They did not open any of the packed boxes (which makes sense, and had been told me by the movers). In the next several days, we opened the boxes in our house to realize that all of our stuff had been thrown into the boxes with no organization and very limited padding. We found toilet brushes in with kids clothes, broken decorations, missing cables and lightbulbs (we finally found a cache of lightbulbs in a bag of christmas decorations). In two boxes, the contents of the bathrooms that I had asked about were thrown in without any packing or organization. Clothing (including my wife’s wedding dress) had been stuffed into wardrobe boxes with no folding or care. The boxes also had minimal labeling, so figuring out what went where in the house was mostly just randomly opening boxes. In the days following the move, I also talked to the agency from which we were renting the house in Virginia, and they notified us that the floors has been dirty and kids and dog toys were left in the rooms. In addition, our bath mat and non-stick mat (which I had pointed out prior to leaving the house) had also been left behind. I know that moving a house is a lot of work, but for the price that IQ Movers charged us (just above $10,000) I expected a low stress, well-choreographed move. This is 100% not what we experienced. I have moved with other companies before where the moving teams were well staffed, efficient, and communication was excellent. To top it off, when considering this review I contacted the company to see if I could talk to someone before posting it, and received no response. I’m not sure what the other reviews on here experienced, but I am sure that anyone that had the moving experience that we did would not be giving IQ Movers 5 stars.

The moving crew helped us get all of our things packed and loaded on the truck safely and extremely fast!! They handled everything with care. They were very personable and helped to clarify any questions we had!! 10/10 would recommend!! From packing & moving, to unloading your boxes into a climate controlled storage facility near you, and moving your stuff to your next location, They have got you covered!! Thanks so much for helping us with everything!!
