Had to see Dr. Hernandez since my PCP was not available. Very attentive and concerned doctor. Followed my issue very professionally, and did the follow up herself. Theis is very rare with Kaiser doctors. ( I am with Kaiser since 1994). Thank you

If I could give zero stars I would. DOS 2/8/22. Currently trying to file complaint on website but of course I can’t submit because there are some errors with characters. Anyway Dr Irma L Hernandez was extremely rude and unprofessional She did not introduce herself The first thing she wanted to make clear was to make sure only one person was talking at a time since it was the patient and 2 sons and daughter After scolding us for 5 minutes She was very condescending and impolite and just did not seem to care I have never experienced such a rude doctor who seems to just be concerned about finishing the video appointment she was absolutely no help at all What could I do to resolve an issue with Kaiser But I will make sure to leave reviews wherever I can regarding this doctor , office and location to make sure others don’t endure the impoliteness to sick people I hope someone can reach out to the doctor and remind her that although Kaiser is just a business but she did take an oath to take care of people remind her that it could’ve been a family member of hers or even her one day but I hope she never has to experience a real doctor like herself

Not particularly impressed. You are required to make a separate appointment for each issue. If you go in for a physical, you can't ask about anything else health related while you are there. I injured my arm and made an appointment. It took about a month for the appointment, it gets canceled the morning of the appointment, and then the soonest they can get me in is two and a half weeks later... Unless I want to a phone or video visit, which seems really a smart suggestion for an arm injury.. definitely no need to actually inspect the injury to diagnose it. (To update, I made another appointment... they canceled again. This time they didn't even inform me! Time to find a new doctor!)

I would highly suggest staying away from Doctor Hernandez. I have been with her for years and hoped she would change but unfortunately never did. I do not want to get into specifics of my health but she never follows up when you go to the ER or when you get blood results back that don’t look good. You constantly have to reach out to her and ask her to explain to you what is going on with your different test results. On several occasions she told me that she “forgot” to reach out to me and thought another doctor should have done it instead. She does not the bare minimum in care (if even that). All in all, it’s sad to say but I believe she got into this profession for the money and not to care for people.

Don’t listen to the other reviews, I was skeptical about my appointment at first but once I met the Doctor all my worries went out the window. She was very professional and did not waste anytime, straight to the point and knowledgeable.
