We contacted Isaac’s at the recommendation of a friend for a long-distance move. Out of the five companies we contacted, Isaac’s provided the most professional, thorough quote with the best pricing. Our sales agent, Holly, and the coordinator, Natasha, were always responsive with any questions or concerns - including when there was a misunderstanding about the delivery date, which they were able to resolve easily. Both the pick up crew, led by foreman Carlos, and delivery crew, led by foreman Alex, were attentive and professional and made sure every detail was taken care of. Everything was packed and handled with care, with zero damage. I can’t say enough good things and I’d recommend Isaac’s to anyone (including my mom, who is moving within the next year!).

This is the 3rd time I'm using Isaac's for moving, so obviously I'm delighted with this service. Isaac's makes moving much less stressful and infinitely easier - they first asses and provide an estimate (which is always right on the money), they arrive on time, work smoothly and fast, and get all your stuff to the destination without breaking or damaging anything, and without any damage or markings on the old place or the new. They pack all the furniture meticulously and with great results. I don't have to worry about anything or tell them how to handle an antique piece or even the piano - they are well trained and the teams work great together. If you have valuable pieces and you need movers you can trust, this is the service to select. If I ever have to move again, which I really hope I do not, but if I do, I know exactly who will be doing the heavy lifting - Isaac's.

The team arrived on time (with advanced phone call) and was extremely professional! All of my items were quickly unloaded (even my heavy piano!). The team was very polite, understanding and accommodating. Not one item/box was damaged even though the load came all the way from Germany and had to be loaded from a 20’ container into a truck at the harbor in Boston to be able to deliver it to my storage place. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of all my personal belongings- it really meant a lot to me!!! I definitely HIGHLY recommend Isaac’s Moving & Storage company!!!

***Update to response. Yes someone contacted me after my initial review was posted, I will update again with the quality of the repairs, thank you.*** Initial review: I've moved 10 times in the last 24 years and this is by far the worst experience! It's like they just didn't care about my home. The same stuff I myself was able to move in with no issues, "professional" movers weren't able to move out without damaging my pristine wood floors, door frames and walls. My home is still up for sale and this is how it's supposed to show now. Talk about adding stress to an already stressful move! It's day 5 and still no contact from the company on my request to be compensated for repairs. I have no faith that my stuff will show up in one piece after this.
