drivers tend to be pretty nice, dispatch is rude. they always hang up so fast whether or not you’re finished talking. also they forgot about my ride and had i not called early in the morning i would have missed my appointment

I made an early morning reservation with ID for the airport. I got a call 30 minutes before pick up confirming the time and location. Pickup time rolls around and no one. I call and am ensured the driver is “right up the hill.” Another 15 minutes and nothing. I come to find out that the driver forgot about me and will be another 15 minutes. The driver was not super apologetic, however, the person on the phone was and ultimately comped my ride without me asking. I almost missed my flight so I can’t say I recommend this service as it seems unreliable.

The only reason I give them three stars instead of one is because of the drivers. Marc O'Malley, Sherman, and George are AWESOME. They might be a little late but that's not their fault its dispatch. Dispatch during the day is SO RUDE AND AWFUL. Just this morning in fact. Ron curses at clients, hangs up on us, and is generally just awful (when he even bothers to answer the phone). Get rid of him please hes literally driving clients away.

Kevin at Ithaca Dispatch saved our butts. He was able to schedule a ride for my son to get from Cornell to the Ithaca airport in time for his 5:15 AM flight, when no other cab or ride-share company could, due to it being a holiday. He came through exactly like he said he would. I can't say enough good things about this company. We will definitely call Ithaca Dispatch FIRST the next time we need transportation in Ithaca.
