The park is a small nice one. I’ve given it 3 stars because at the east end, where the path (city owned) runs between the Riverfront condos and the river, there is a sign that (now I know) is meant to indicate no bikes are allowed on that section of the path. My wife and I, visiting Reno this week, had not seen a sign like that before-we thought it meant no fast riding because it shows a rider hunched over a bike, with a line through it. It is unlike any of the other bike restriction signs we encountered on the next 10 miles of the path going east. I was riding first, with my wife a bit behind. Someone yelled angrily at my wife that bikes weren’t allowed on that section. Folks who live there see the sign and think it’s clear. It is not clear, and is not consistent with other signs in the path. When we were riding back, on the east side of this section, we noted a standard no bikes allowed sign. For the sake of harmony between path users, the sign at the east end of this park should be replaced with a standard one.

Part of the Truckee River trail, this small park has a nice view of the Truckee along with decorated rocks & flowers blooming along the way. Surprised I hadn't walked this trail prior to today. Happy I didn't miss it.

Love this park right off the river path near my home. Gazebo is nice place to join friends and park great place for doggy dates. I do hate being told not to vape outdoors, a bit controlling for my liking but I just ignore the signs. Lol
