Purchased a generator from Sams club, and this company delivered it. They called the date before to inform us, and the delivery was great. They even placed in in our barn which was a lot of help for my husband. These things are heavy, and at 72 would have had to waited for help to move it. Thank you again for your kindness, In this day good help is hard to find and your drivers were excellent, thank you again for a great delivery. Please tell your drivers a special thank-you and how much we appreciated it.

Ordered a $4000 stove through Lowes and this company was assigned to do the delivery. They dropped off the stove at the wrong house and REFUSED to come back and deliver the stove to the proper address. Did not call when they were on the way (like they were supposed to), did not get a signature, just dropped our stove on a pallet in the middle of some persons driveway. They called AFTER delivery, which makes no sense. They are now ignoring my attempts at communication. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a Kayak via amazon and got a call that it could come 3 days earlier than my expected delivery date, asked if the next day would be okay. Being super eager to get my kayak I asked if I could instead pick it up which they allowed. Not only did they allow it but 2 super friendly guys helped me to strap it into my truck... being 12 feet it took a little bit of figuring out just how to do it. The one guy was actually in his car and could have left for the day but instead was waiting and stayed to help me with it!! Please remember if you are deciding on a company that something like a shipping company is typically only going to get a review if they rub someone the wrong way just once. I see no reason not to do business with such a friendly helpful company. Thanks a million guys!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I spoke to a gentlemen on Wednesday who confirmed my item would be picked up today. (Friday) I specifically arranged my schedule so I would be home. The guy again confirmed it. Fast forward to today(Friday) around 3:30 nobody has come for it. So I called into the location and spoke to the same Gentlemen who had NO CLUE what i was talking about and acted as if we never spoke. I reminded him that we spoke Wednesday and then he said he had to talk to Jason who was coming back in "15" minutes. He said he would absolutely call me at 4pm. 4:09 PM, no call. So I call the vendor and again and spoke to the same gentlemen who said "Jason isn't back yet, but I assure you I will not leave to go home tonight without calling you to schedule this pick-up." Well, It's 7:57 Pm and I am no further now with this pick-up then I was at 4PM. Their incompetence is baffling. Save yourself the hassle, move whatever is yourself or find a more reputable company. This one is awful.
