I used J&J for two airport runs recently. The first involved a pick up, then a stop for dinner, then drop off at hotel, and return to starting point, my home. Hadi was a very courteous, personable, and skilled driver whom I would use again! Nick was my driver for the airport drop off. Again, very courteous, personable, and skilled. I’ve used J&J many times in the past for trips of all kinds. They are so good at what they do, I do not hesitate to hire them when I need transportation of any kind.

We used J&J to transport the bridal party to and from my daughter’s wedding. I submitted an online inquiry. The CS team responded quickly and provided all the needed information. The driver messaged me the night before confirming date, time and addresses. The driver was on time, very professional and incredibly helpful. This was an excellent experience. I highly recommend J&J.

J&J did a fantastic job providing us transportation to and from our wedding. They were very easy to schedule with and followed through on all of our requests. We had Mohamed as our driver and could not have asked for a better experience. He was so kind and allowed us to have the best drive home from the wedding. Our guests on the other shuttle trips also agreed that he was great! I highly recommend J&J Transportation for any of your transportation needs!

Great overall experience. Used recently to attend sporting even in Philadelphia. Quotes were provided same day of request. Booking process was easy and all staff were very polite. Vehicle was clean, like new. Our driver knew the area well and communicated meeting point after event to avoid traffic and get out easily. Would highly recommend.

Would give zero stars if possible. J&J nearly succeeded in ruining my best friend’s wedding. The night before the wedding he was on the phone with them for a half hour to confirm all the details. 90 minutes before his wedding we did not have a shuttle for transportation. Their response was “ We are so sorry, we can have everyone there by 5:30.” That would have been an hour after the Ceremony. They also kept us waiting over an hour after the wedding was over for the 2nd shuttle back to the hotel. (Hotel was only 10 minutes away) In Summary: If you do not want stress on your wedding day, DO NOT USE J&J
