From the minute I reached out to J&J moving I knew they were the right company for me. We used them to unload our belongings from NJ that another mover packed. While we knew the other mover did a subpar job at packing our truck, J&J took care of unloading all our belongings, stopping along the way to show us possible damage caused by either the packers or our trek from NJ. Once the truck was unloaded, they took such care at putting together two bedroom sets and made sure all our boxes were in the rooms we wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer J&J movers to everyone and they will surely be the only company I use for any future moves. Thanks J&J for your kindness and hard work!!!

Moving is never easy but J & J Vanlines made our move Much Easier! What a professional group, from owners Kody & Melanie to their friendly, hard working staff. From beginning to end and in-between they were the best. We shopped around and their rates were the more than competitive. The extra care they put into their work was outstanding. When someone does something good they deserve to be praised and these people certainly earned it.

This was my first time using a moving company and I was really impressed by the care and attention put into every step of my move. The owners of the company were very hands-on and involved. J&J Vanlines moved our family into our current home. The service provided was excellent. I would actually give them 10 stars, if that was an option. Their price was by far the best. Customer service is second to none. Their team is very thorough in making sure every piece of furniture and each box we had was inventoried to ensure there were no surprise cost on moving day. Their team showed up on time and they were extremely professional. My family and I were able to take the stress out of moving by using this company. We have several pieces of furniture that have been handed down to us from grandparents and great grandparents. To say the least, these are priceless pieces of furniture. The way their team handled our furniture including our family heirlooms exceeded my expectations. Our family is relocating again this summer and we have already reached out to the great people at J&J Vanlines to set up our next move. There is no one I would trust more with my belongings than this company.

"I STRONGLY urge you to steer clear of JJ Moving Vans for your moving needs. My spouse and I made the grave mistake of paying months in advance for their services, meticulously planning a specific date for pickup and a designated weekend for drop-off. To our dismay, what followed was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their initial assurances, the day of the scheduled delivery turned into a debacle. We were informed that our belongings might not reach us for days, citing questionable weather conditions and other flimsy excuses. This was particularly infuriating as the weather on our end seemed perfectly fine. The entire ordeal with JJ Moving Vans was a rollercoaster of unpredictability, unprofessionalism, and sheer frustration. They carelessly engaged multiple third parties without bothering to keep us informed, leaving us in the dark and at their mercy. To add insult to injury, we were left completely in the dark about the whereabouts of the truck carrying our possessions, intensifying our distress and uncertainty. This experience with JJ Moving Vans was beyond disappointing; it was a disheartening display of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the anguish and seek a more reputable moving company that values professionalism and accountability." The frustration escalated further as we discovered that Arena Van Lines was the third-party company JJ Moving Vans brought into the mix. Despite paying in full back in October 2023 and planning our move to Boston for the end of February 2024, this collaboration turned into a logistical disaster. JJ Moving Vans and Arena Van Lines, in tandem, failed to establish a reliable schedule, leaving us in a state of perpetual uncertainty. The lack of coordination and communication demonstrated by both companies was not only disappointing but also unprofessional. Our prepayment and early planning should have ensured a smooth transition, but instead, we were left with the aftermath of their incompetence. When considering a moving company, it's advisable to steer clear of JJ Moving Vans and Arena Van Lines to avoid the unnecessary stress and unreliability we experienced.
