From the minute I reached out to J&J moving I knew they were the right company for me. We used them to unload our belongings from NJ that another mover packed. While we knew the other mover did a subpar job at packing our truck, J&J took care of unloading all our belongings, stopping along the way to show us possible damage caused by either the packers or our trek from NJ. Once the truck was unloaded, they took such care at putting together two bedroom sets and made sure all our boxes were in the rooms we wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer J&J movers to everyone and they will surely be the only company I use for any future moves. Thanks J&J for your kindness and hard work!!!

J&J Vanlines moved our family into our current home. The service provided was excellent. I would actually give them 10 stars, if that was an option. Their price was by far the best. Customer service is second to none. Their team is very thorough in making sure every piece of furniture and each box we had was inventoried to ensure there were no surprise cost on moving day. Their team showed up on time and they were extremely professional. My family and I were able to take the stress out of moving by using this company. We have several pieces of furniture that have been handed down to us from grandparents and great grandparents. To say the least, these are priceless pieces of furniture. The way their team handled our furniture including our family heirlooms exceeded my expectations. Our family is relocating again this summer and we have already reached out to the great people at J&J Vanlines to set up our next move. The lack of coordination and communication demonstrated by both companies was not only disappointing but also unprofessional. Our prepayment and early planning should have ensured a smooth transition, but instead, we were left with the aftermath of their incompetence. When considering a moving company, it's advisable to steer clear of JJ Moving Vans and Arena Van Lines to avoid the unnecessary stress and unreliability we experienced.
