This company was hired by my insurance to tow my car. They are so irresponsible i had to hire another towing company to tow my car and deal with insurance later. I do not know based on what qualifications my onsurance company has contracted them for roadside assistance but thay will hear about it from me. Also, this section is after C&M responded to my review: responding to my review after 6 month is exactly indicating that you should not be in roadside assistance services. This kind of works requiers a quick response time. As i said, you are always a day late and a dollar short...

120 min estimate. Then another 60 estimate. After 3.5 hours they says enroute in 10 min. An hour later they still say 10 minutes. Never showed up. Called the number a dozen times and no answer. Thanks for nothing!

requested via insurance and they told me an hour , ended up waiting two hours. insurance ended up calling me back and told that the driver had “called me” and told me it would take an additional 70 minutes, even though he never did. ended up just canceling it.
