My alternator went out in Haines City in the middle of 27. Called JM and they got me within 20 minutes and I was home in 15 minutes. He was even courteous enough to stop and get me a drink. Definitely going to ask them again if ever needed.

Stuck on busy road with 3 grandchildren. Called this co. Asked for quote with accurate addresses. Assured me via text they were on the way. GPS said 15 minutes for their trip to us. It took him 35 minutes. Meanwhile the local police stopped and pushed my vehicle out of harms way to keep us safe. When I went to sign the credit card on his cell phone he had charged $25. more than he quoted me. I asked why and he shrugged and stated credit card and taxes.
