Mack’s staff was great. Very kind, polite, patient, clear communication, easy on my back, and flexible. I would have stuck with driving for them, However I didn’t appreciate getting lied to about how their process works after probation. The wage stuck to the same when I was supposed to get a .25 raise and states we were supposed to service (15 western) changed only to CA, OR, WA, NV. And for how much and hard I serviced a full 3 months with no home time to get what was advertised, I feel I just got taken for granted.

These guys are really unprofessional me and my partner had a start date, so when that day came to get the truck they blocked our calls, never responded to us and we have no clue on why!!!! My partner already quit his job so Mack trucking put him in a position where he can possibly loose his house be careful with this company nobody is on the same page at this company. I don’t even write reviews but I definitely had to shed some light on what transpired with Mack trucking!!!!!!!!

I've been with them for almost 2 years now & they are by far the best company I've ever worked for. They pay well & really strive to make you happy. I don't plan on going anywhere else any time soon.

Very Bad experience in work on that company, very bad coordination, they promess things like, pay .70 per mile, insurance and more that never happends, plus we alwas let me run the truck with empy tank of disel. Muy Mala experiencia No recomiendo trabajar en esta compañia.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a transportation company. They will not call back and give updates on a problem shipment that is two days late. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The manager lied to me three times, after claiming to be “transparent”. Just unprofessional.
