We purchased a car in Florida and needed it shipped to Nebraska. After reading tons of reviews and getting quotes, we decided to go with JP Auto Transport. While they were not the absolut cheapest quite we obtained, what we liked was that they would stand be their price. As it turned out, our vehicle was ready for pickup a couple of days earlier than we had originally told JP. Much to our liking, they were able to have their driver pick up the vehicle a day early and deliver it to us a day early as a result. For some reason the GPS link to keep track of the driver did not work for us so we contacted JP via the Web chat to provide us updates on location during shipment. Responses on the chat were always prompt and courteous. We also received a phone call from the driver about 3 hours prior to his arrival to coordinate details. After our car was dropped off, Kevin followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Overall, I think the entire process was superb and it was evident that JP Auto Transportation really value their customers. Based on our experience I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing their vehicle shipped.

Fantastic transportation & communication! They let me know when my Escalade was picked up, in transit, and close to being delivered. It was raining horribly when the driver showed up and he parked under a canopy to keep us dry. Thanks again for everything!

JP Auto Transport far exceeded my expectations. I ordered for my vehicle to be delivered to Chicago from Destin, FL on Saturday night. Monday morning I received a call saying my route had been picked up and my car would arrive Wednesday. Matt and Lina from JP texted me every step of the way and updated me constantly. My vehicle had a tracker on it too so I could keep an eye on the progress myself! My car arrived with no damage on Wednesday like promised. This company is professional and takes their work seriously. I would definitely recommend them and would absolutely use them again. Can’t believe how quick they got the job done! Worth paying more for JP than trying the other big names.
