I have been TERRIBLY remiss for not posting a review earlier for such a FABULOUS company. I can not say enough good things about them. They moved me at the end of June/24. Dealt with Brad, the owner. Brad is attentive, respectful, responsive, reliable, trustworthy, etc etc. Simply a wonderful businessman. He gets personally invested in his customers. The guys he had working for him were also fabulous. They were very careful and respectful, yet extremely efficient,. with all my goods. They did not dilly dally and waisted no time what so ever. They really knew their stuff. They were more than happy to allow me to give directions and placed everything just as I wanted. They went over and above with their service. It is wonderful to see a moving company that has such high quality staff. My friend that was supposed to take all my smaller stuff on July 1/24 bailed and I was desperate to get someone to help me out on such short notice. Brad came to my rescue and made sure he found someone to help me. Brad and his team are the best and I wish him many many years more of providing the BEST moving service in Edmonton.

AMAZING!!!! Do NOT consider anyone else!! Fantastic company to deal with, and an unbelievable positive experience! We had a very good conversation with Brad weeks before our move and he put our mind at ease. The day of the move we had 2 Trucks and 5 team show up early in 35C heat and worked 9am to 6pm. They worked very diligently moving our estate home with care, compassion, and an unstoppable work ethic. No damage at all, remembered all intricacies of the move, and their focus was on care and attention to ensuring that we were well taken care of. Our most stressful expectation of the move was put at ease. JP’s - thank you!!!

I’m never moving again, but if we have too, we are using JP’s again! Made our whole moving experience easy and quick. The crew was great and courteous and fun (some of the jokes were corny but when in the moving trenches everything is funny). Up front with pricing, even had to call and double check as we had received higher quotes from other movers. Offered to call in a few more guys to speed things up, told us the cost and gave us the choice with no pressure. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

We recently used JP's for a move and were so happy with them! We had a bad experience with a different "burley" mover previously and were hesitant to find a new one. I combed Reddit for suggestions, and as soon as I read JP's website, I knew they were different. They called out the "disreputable service providers" that were a result of deregulation in the industry (which is what we experienced). On moving day, the people from JP's were so professional and friendly. They dealt with elevator issues and a bulky/heavy couch without complaint. The cost and time estimate were on point, and they even moved a heavy piece of furniture at our new house that had been left by the previous owners. Book with JP's and you'll be in good hands!!

I can't say enough good things about this team. From booking through to the final bed frame being assembled they were fantastic to work with, timely, and made going above and beyond look like just another Tuesday. I had a difficult moving request, they provided a stress free experience and succeeded where multiple other moving companies had failed. I wouldn't move with anyone else.
