I gave 5 stars because there’s not an option to give more! The entire experience was 1st class all the way. Joe personally comes out to inventory and gives a fair, guaranteed price for the move. We did a move where they picked up one day and delivered to our new place 5 days later. On both sides of the move, the movers were on time, personable, courteous and professional. They wrap everything to protect your belongings. If they took a break, I didn’t see it. We’ve moved a lot during our marriage and this was the best experience we’ve had with a moving company by far. Kudos to J. Palermo and thanks for all of your help!!

We trusted J Palermo to pack and move us out of our home the same day we were closing, and they delivered! They were on time, friendly, thorough and extremely meticulous with how they packed and moved our items - the amount of care they took in disassembling, wrapping and moving furniture was impressive. We are also using them for long term storage, and after watching how well they treated our items during the move, I have no doubt they will also be well looked after while in storage. We have moved 7 times and I can honestly say they were the best we have ever used, we will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to any in need of packing/moving/storage services.

I have moved many times and used many different moving companies. None of them were as good as J Palermo moving. It started right with Joe visiting my home and giving me a very fair all in moving price. Then continued with Susan in the office handling all the details. The crew showed up on time for the day of our move. The team was lead by Jamie who was the best leader of a moving team that I ever experienced. The rest of the team was equally as impressive as Jamie. If you need a moving company you should call Joe and the J Palermo moving team. You will not be disappointed.

My move with J. Palermo was the easiest and most trouble free I have ever experienced. From the initial visit to price, to the packing and loading, all went smoothly. I had several expensive pieces of art that needed special packing, and it was done perfectly. The two men who did the work were pleasant, efficient and professional. How many movers do you take a selfie with? - but I did! One of the men then drove the truck ( which was sized to fit just my possessions) for two days, to unload at three destinations I had designated. Alone, he managed it all, including a large stereo cabinet! And there was NO LOSS or DAMAGE!!! Needless to say, I recommend J. Palermo movers without hesitation!

Susie, the Office Manager, is resourceful, courteous and also very responsive. This was our third move and our first with J. Palermo Moving & Storage. By far our move with them was the best.
