I have never used them and would not recommend them. I was traveling southbound on RT 55 today when the white van can flying by me!! My cruise was set @73. Mile marker 44, 12:45pm. They were hauling ass and definitely not safe. Think twice before putting your life or the life of a loved one in their care!

Always problems. Today I called when they were late to pick me up and they said they would be here in 10 minutes. After another half hour of not showing up i call again and they said they would be here in 30-40 minutes. Hows that work. Other bad experiences with jac medi include driving speeding always. I have been in the van twice when they were pulled over for speeding. Another time a driver fell asleep and ran a stop sign and crashed into a curb causing a flat and a huge delay. He told his dispatch he just got a flat. If you want to make your appointment on time and safely I would definitely consider another company to ride with!

Out of all the transportation companies I had Jac-medi is by far the best!!! Always on time,clean vans, and they don't dump you off and make you wait for hours to be picked up! I wish I could have them for all my trips!!!

Clearly a company that doesn't care about the safety of other motorists. A van with the #39 just passed me on the shoulder when his lane came to an end. I had the right of way, his lane ended. It didn't matter to him. This drives should not be behind the wheel. But after reading reviews, it's obvious the company doesn't care.

The van driver this morning around 6:30am in delran NJ was a very aggressive and reckless driver he was tailgating , speeding and also went into on going traffic lane just to pass me !! I will never recommend this service to anyone…who would want there love ones in. Any of there vans!!!
