Jack is the owner of this business and he is AMAZING. Very professional, courteous, honest, and trustworthy. He was able to provide same day service, on a Sunday no less, to accommodate my emergency. I hired another service that did not show up, but Jack DID, & he exceeded my every expectation. He treated my belongings with respect and care, which meant the world to me because I was moving items that belonged to a deceased family member. If anything would have been damaged, it was irreplaceable. Jack transported everything carefully, nothing was damaged, and I will DEFINITELY call upon this Wonderful individual again. The BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Absolutely fantastic service! I got a quote within 5 minutes of sending the pictures. He showed up exactly when he said he would and hauled everything away so quickly. I really appreciate how nice, and communicative he was during the entire process. I would 100% recommend him and his team. Oh, not to mention how affordable it was. I'd like to think I won't let things pile up again, but if they do, I know who I'm calling.

Wonderful experience. Jack & Nicole stopped by to give me an estimate at 1030am & by 4pm all of the work was done! Front & backyard, he is fast like a ninja! They were extremely helpful, efficient my yards look great & pricing is fair. I will be recommending Jack’s Junk to everyone I know!!

I reached out to Jack and Nicole on a Sunday afternoon, I asked if they had any available time they said yes, they could be here in 40 minutes and yes, they were here in 40 minutes they took a look around and immediately Jack jumped into his Jack mode and everything was taken care of everything that I needed done. Was cleaned up. He is an awesome person.He has a true heart , a true soul and he finishes What he says he will do. He's on it. He had to come back the next day to pick up some other stuff and it was done. I feel that there's no job too large for this young man. He is really going places with his business. He has awesome customer relations and is an awesome person.
