I had a great experience with Jackson Express Services, this morning. They delivered a couch that I had purchased over the weekend. Mr. Jackson was professional, prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. I was shopping for a couch and had to call multiple times, as I changed my mind on a purchase at a different store. Mr. Jackson was so patient with me calling multiple times and I really appreciate that. They kept us up to date with when they would arrive and took great care with our purchase and our home. We will definitely use them again in the future as their pricing is fantastic and the service is unbeatable.

Melvin provided updates on the status of drivers. The movers were prompt, took care of our things by wrapping them well, and they expertly maneuvered items up and down stairs without hitting a wall. Even a treadmill! I’d definitely use them again.

We hired them for a very easy move. The movers were untrained, fighting and yelling at each other. The boxes that were marked upstairs were all left downstairs, because they were to lazy to move them upstairs. They damaged my dresses, night stands, a chair, broke mirrors and broke several glass things. Boxes were marked clearly and had numerous fragile stinkers on the box, if they were fragile. I feed them lunch, gave them a tip before I realized the mess they made. They lied and said they had another move and we’re in a hurry. I actually felt bad since they came at 2:00 and it was 5:00. We paid them quickly, signed so they could get to the next move. I didn’t think I needed to babysit them because they were to be professional s. I called the owner immediately and he said they would come back for a reduced wage!!! Are you kidding me! Melvin is in this business for one reason, Money. We are in our seventies and can’t possibly move 25 boxes upstairs. His response is well you signed the form and paid. I should of kept them while I went and checked the mess. It was a terrible experience. Please save yourself the mess and don’t hire this company. He has an answer for everything you say. You can tell he’s been saying the same lies to other customers,

Melvin and his team are a wonderful company to work with. They moved all of my furniture into my condo and I could not have been more happy with the experience. They are professional, courteous, timely, and careful with your items. I constantly recommend them to family and friends. I will always use them for any of my moving needs in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
