It’s ok outside carriers have wait till 8am when open cause there is pin for the gate, once in they try load you quick it was bout an hour to load tight backing cause got stuff out everywhere

This company provides on call transport to the business that I work at. They move trailers to and from dock doors, and to our sister facility. Every driver that we have had the pleasure to work with has been courteous, prompt, and extremely polite; the most recent being Joey and, currently, Mr. Riley!

Jackson Trucking was very different. When you arrive you enter a code to get into the gate. You have almost no human contact at this place. When I arrived I parked my truck and trailer and walked up to the door to get my paperwork. I was a few minutes early so my paperwork was not there. As I sat there eating dinner I noticed a woman leaving and I flagged her down. She said oh, your paperwork is in the black mailbox as it was. My trailer was located in the back I dropped my empty and took a full trailer and I was good to go. Although there was little human contact the transaction I believe went well I was on my way to Illinois with a full trailer of product.
