I had to let everyone know about the great service I received from Jackson Transportation. My car was dropped off at a repair shop in Culpeper and me not being from that area, didn't know that Uber wasn't going to be an option. Candice made sure I made it to my destination. When my car was ready for pickup, Candice made sure I made it back to the shop in time. I will definitely be using them if I ever need transportation in the Culpeper area!

Business confirmed pre scheduled pick up night before. Was over an hour half late. Pam straight up lied when I called, even after screenshots were sent over of the call log, she still denied everything. Called DMAS filed complaint.

They would accept my ride to be my transportation and then when the days would come they wouldn't pick me up. I would call and they wouldn't answer and the one time the lady answer me she was suppose to call me back never did and when I tried calling her back she wouldn't answer and one time sent me straight to voicemail in my opinion I wouldn't go with this company until something changes with there customer service .

Wonderful cab service in Culpeper. A life saver in the area where there is no Uber or Lyft, but need to travel far away to a small town for an event.

I got a flat 9 hours from home. Needed a ride to the hotel. I was stressed and sad and they were just the nicest people I ever met and so quick to get me to and from the hotel. Ever in Culpeper and need a ride. Call them.
