I’ve been going here for about 10 years. I used to see Dr. Wright, he was great. Past few years I’ve seen Dr. Nita and she is the best psychiatrist I could ask for, I’ll never go to another. The office runs very punctual (unlike any office I’ve ever encountered) so don’t be late and you’re good. They are accommodating, super knowledgeable, and do virtual visits so you don’t have to go to get meds every month. If you’re looking for a psychiatrist- Dr. Nita is the best I’ve ever seen.

I have been a patient of this office for years and it has been a practice of endurance. The administrative staff is grossly incompetent and abusive. The billing structure feels like consumer fraud because when the doctors write your prescriptions incorrectly you have to pay a full price visit to discuss THEIR mistakes. A recent mistake cost me nearly $1000 to correct and I’m still suffering the downstream impacts those mistakes had not only on my mental health, but my finances and life as a whole. The rules are so rigid and stacked in favor of Dr. Wright and Nita not the patients and the patient always pays the price for everyone’s inefficiencies no matter how high or how unfair. Do yourself a favor, especially since you’re seeking improved quality of life and advanced mental health and DO NOT surrender your wellbeing into the greedy, uncaring, unsophisticated, immoral, unethical, old and outdated culture of this practice. Especially if being abused is apart of your healing journey. Be well. Choose better. You deserve more.

I will never come back to this clinic. During my first visit, I was seen by one of the nurse practitioners, Blia. I was quickly prescribed medication, but when I called back a week later to report some concerning symptoms, I felt dismissed. I was told that my symptoms were unrelated to the medication and was advised to contact my primary care physician instead. After I decided to stop taking the medication, my symptoms disappeared. This experience was frustrating, particularly because I felt that my concerns were not listened to or taken seriously. I expect healthcare professionals, especially in psychiatry, to listen carefully to their patients' experiences and concerns, but that was not my experience here.

Their lack of customer service skillls is indicative of a larger problem. I will immediately seek services and mantinance medication from a professional establishment. Alex and Sarai are low functioning individuals we lack empathy and social skills, two things that should be required to work as front desk receptionists of any psychologist’s office. The fact that they are so comfortable treating patients poorly lets me know that they are secure in their positions. According to Sarai, the negative reviews are from people who “didn’t get what they wanted.” I was getting what I wanted, but I refuse to be treated that way, especially when I am being charged monthly to even have my prescription filled. Someone needs to look into this place. I suspect the convenience and accessibility to mental health meds is the reason no one has taken it further than merely bad reviews, but I will not stop here. I just want people to know how horrible this place is.

I have been seeing Dr Wright for over 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and caring. Over the years he has had some issues with office staff, but never anything that affected my care.
