Normally a small wait is expected, but being the only customer in the shop I expected prompt service. It has been 45 minutes and two rushes of people ordering in-store and they have all been served and I'm still waiting. As someone who has owned multiple fast casual restaurants, I'd say firmly they actually don't give a hoot, based on the fact that I had to engage them after being the only seated customer in the building for 15 minutes. The wait is no longer justified by the taste at ikes.

This was the "cleanest" Ike's sandwich I've ever had - I'm used to them being super messy which is part of the appeal! Definitely could have used more sauce to get that signature taste. I went on a Sunday for lunch and the place was quite busy, waited about 10 minutes for the sandwiches sitting outside in the small seating area by the parking lot.

Ordered 110, it was awesome and I highly recommend. The shredded halal chicken was superb, with a wonderful flavor coming from the mushroom and a little kick from the wasabi. The bread? Crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside 10/10.

We love their sandwiches. But honestly the best thing is the mango ice cream which as you can see is melting. Absolutely delicious a wonderful treat.

For the high price of their sandwiches and horrible service, I would go elsewhere. It took almost an hour to make 2 sandwiches. Yes, they were busy, but half of the staff was standing around like they are stoned while only a few are doing all the work. Corporate sent me a voucher to make up for it, but the Santa Rosa location won't take it. They say they are "independently owned" and do not honor voucher or coupons from Ike's corporate. I reached back out to corporate for an explanation and they ghosted me.
