It is an excellent place to live, very quiet, it is a great feeling of peace, tranquility, calmness. I love this community and its facilities. The service of the staff is of high excellence, the sercices are subdued and are attracted immediately and they give importance to their residents and give them the value and priority that they deserve and for me that is very important. The prices are excellent and the services offered. The areas are very clean.

It’s a nice place don’t get me wrong nice amenities easy access to things could look better outside the apartments like the elevators could be cleaner cleaner hallways I will say that the person who is delivering the mail is absolutely rude and disrespectful making other residents that live here and pay rent here cry which I think is unacceptable and wrong we pay all this money to get disrespected where we live for no reason by the person who is delivering our mail. Ruins your experience living here

I have never had such a bad experience living in an apartment. The walls and ceiling and floor is so paper thin you can hear absolutely everything. The first day I moved in, someone showed up at my door complaining about noise and ever since then they’ve showed up at my door more than 10 times screaming, complaining and cursing at us. And I have a 1 year old who isn’t that noisy and even then I try to keep him quiet as possible every day but they’re still constantly complaining and screaming at us about him. and all we do is walk. We don’t throw parties, we don’t have guests over, we don’t play music, we try to be as quiet and possible and we’re still being bothered. Not only are we going through this, but we’ve seen multiple people in the building screaming and fighting about the same problem and police have showed up multiple times for noise complaints. I am scared for my life to live here because every small noise gets someone in trouble. The leasing office wants us to move and I don’t see how it’s fair that we have to pay out of pocket to move somewhere else in the building where I don’t even feel safe. Just want out. Also, the rent is too expensive for the building to be so cheaply made.

I lived here for one year in a studio apartment. my experience started off rough because my upstairs neighbor was what you would only imagine from a nightmare. he was so inconsiderate and on occasion i called the police because i thought someone was being violently murdered upstairs. i was a single female living alone and so scared, but the security officer was able to solve the issue after around 2 months of this issue. after that, everything was great! -- up until i randomly woke up to my apartment infested with roaches. It was so so bad ya'll. my home was unliveable. i would cry and be so damn depressed because i am terrified of roaches 1, and 2. HOW THE HECK DID THEY EVEN GET THERE?! Well, after inquiring with the leasing office, they informed me that the whole building was infested because of one of my neighbors who let his apartment get in bad shape, resulting in an infestation in his apartment that lead to all the surrounding apartments to be affected. It was an issue up until the last month before my lease ended, and that was so exhausting. Do you know what if feels like to be scared to be in your own house because roaches are crawling and chasing you from under the WALLS?!!! i cannot make this up. I lived in building 981. also, my studio went from $1,200 to $1450 if i renewed my lease, which i think is so unfair. like, dont they want their residents to stay long-term? why make it so expensive and increase the rent every single year. that would drive people out. it drove me out of there. But BESIDES ALL OF THAT, i loved the pool, the beautiful views from the lake, the security i felt from it being a gated community (even though the gates would be out of order more often than not) and the location!!! i really loved that location. If i could give my advice to the leasing office, i guess be more strict when it comes to neighbors being noisy, and maybe do cleanliness inspections to make sure peoples apartments arent infested with roaches, and also keep the security guard there that worked in 2022!! he was so helpful. lastly, i miss that pool! my little heaven! as you can see, my feelings are mixed about this place but overall if it wasnt for the roaches and the contant increase in rent, i would probably be back!!! bye
