I recently had a disappointing experience attempting to exchange a necklace at one of your stores. The necklace, purchased from a different location, had some minor scuffs that we noticed shortly after buying it. When I visited the store to request an exchange, both the store associate and the manager insisted that the item had been worn and that we had caused the damage. They refused to process the exchange and instead directed me to return to the original store where the purchase was made. In contrast, the Palo Alto boutique handled a similar issue in a much more professional manner. They accepted my exchange without any questions, providing a smooth and hassle-free experience. I am disappointed by the inconsistency in customer service across your locations. I hope you will address this issue to ensure a more uniform and satisfactory experience for all customers.

I have been visiting this store since 2017. Store associates are very friendly and have become good friends since. They offer excellent customer service. I highly recommend you make an appointment. Send pictures of what you intend to buy, specify the carat/ color etc so your store associate is better equipped to help you when you visit. They also offer complimentary jewelry cleaning at their store.

This is my go to cartier store and apart from one particularly awful experience, it's a very nice store. Most of the sales associates are incredibly kind and helpful. Sharra, who was my sales associate for one day, was the nicest and most wonderful sales associate ever. She went above and beyond in making sure I was helped. Overall an excellent store with a mostly phenomenal sales staff apart from a few bad apples
