Arrived on time, Richard is very knowledgeable and courteous. Very detail oriented and explained clearly to me on the problem, possible causes and various options with transparency. Richard promptly connected me to an advisor to follow up on the action plan in addressing the problem. Chris G. was the comfort advisor servicing my case. He responded to my call request in short notice and arrived within the promised time. Chris was open in the discussion on the options and did a fair comparison with the quotes from other contractors. He also applied all the discounts including ones available for VIP customers without me asking. Even though the quote from Service Champions was higher than most other contractors, I was comfortable with the coverage of the services. There was no hidden costs there was not covered in the initiate quote. The work was completed promptly as the earliest appointment allowed. The process in getting post-installation tests by third party and the obtaining of the permit and final inspection by the City were coordinated smoothly by Service Champions. This took quite a bit of headache away from me.

Scheduled an appointment with service champions after browsing for AC repair…. They appeared to have better reviews than most so I figured I’d give them a call and schedule an appointment. Ryan B. came out and was an excellent service tech who was very polite and professional. He was very thorough and very informative w any questions I may have. I ended up signing up for their MVP plan after finding out they also do plumbing and electrical stuff too. Thanks guys…. So far I’ve had a great experience and recommend this company. I scheduled for them to also come out next week to look at attic insulation and duct work. Hopefully that goes as well as today’s repairs.

I’ve used their services for some time but this Used their plumbing services. As usual great communication ahead of time to schedule the appointment. Estimated time of arrival the morning of using tracking system is really awesome. Max, the plumber was super helpful and was able to get the job done quick and efficiently. Every time I’ve used their services their staff is friendly and helpful. Will continue to be a customer for years
