We had Juanita as our escort and unfortunately had a very displeasing experience working with her. She was so rude to us the entire time and made us feel very uncomfortable. She gave us no instructions and just sat on the hood of someone’s car and ignored our questions as we tried to communicate with her on the process so we could load up and leave. When we were done loading she just sped off in her car and wouldn’t slow down so we could exit together. Very strange experience!! Wish it was better because we were so excited to pick up our new van but maybe we’ll get someone else next time we pick a can up.

She personally made sure I was able to pick up my car on time that day after flying in from southern Florida. She was managing myself and three other customers at the same time when I arrived. She remained calm and kind to everyone while being honest about how busy they were with walk in appointments. It was obvious that she has many years of experience with this field of work and she was able to manage a stressful situation with ease.
