We booked multiple loads with Cheryl, trying to help with deliveries that she was not able to handle. After we delivered everything, she didn't want to approve our rates, expecting to cut them in half. After multiple requests, she asked us to invoice her direct customer but we weren't given any information. I would stay far away from this company.

No customer service , no communication, just pay a bill and be done. Paid for insurance on loads and they don’t pay out or stand behind anything they promise . Pass on this company
