This company is absolutely garbage. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. And even if he did show up. The time he closed the request out was over an hour after the expected time of arrival. Side note- This was a contactless pick up. KEY WAS LEFT IN THE VEHICLE AND IN NEUTRAL The vehicle was at the house. “Called me” Never knocked. No text No voicemail. No nothing. And Did not tow the vehicle at all.

These are the drivers inside the old steel mill that run the stop signs all the time I will do everything in my power to have you thrown out of this facility PS have your trucks on camera you better make the changes are you going to be thrown out

Terrance was great!! After waiting 2 hours for a different towing company, I asked AAA to find the second closest driver. Within 15min Terrance was there with an awesome attitude apologizing for a completely different company’s mess-up, and within 5 more minutes he had changed my flat tire and made sure my spare had enough air in it. Thank you!

Stay away from this company. Almost died on the highway from them not being able to put a tire on right. The wheel was close to flying off my van.
