See Michael Gionis at JD Carton and Son. They have moved me twice now, once under VERY stressful, time sensitive conditions and they have made the whole process easy. Wonderful service, responsiveness and care from Mike. He's knowledgeable and a genuinely good person who cares about his customers. Movers were efficient and polite. Not one thing scratched, all my things handled with great care. Quick availability. A great overall experience. Great value for the money spent. Highly recommend!

We couldn't have been happier with the service we received from J.D. Carton and Sons. We recently moved from Monmouth County to Jacksonville, FL. They handled everything for us and made the move a lot less stressful. They were professional, personable and very reliable. We would not hesitate to recommend J.D. Carton and Sons to our family and friends!

JD Carton moved my family's furniture and belongings in December 2014. The move itself went very well - the move team was excellent. However, there was some damage suffered. I purchased the full value insurance policy. 2 months after the move, the insurance assessor came to see the damage. It has now been 4 months and I have not heard from JD Carton, about a settlement. I have called numerous times, and have emailed them. It is a shame, since it would have been an otherwise good experience. Do not expect to get a damage adjustment if you use this company!!

Michael Gionis from J.D. Carton & Son, Inc. is a consummate professional. He provided exceptional customer service while being flexible and professional at all times. I have moved several times over the years and have used many moving companies and I would definitely call Michael and J.D Carton & Son again.

I moved todhay — Michael Gionnnis and the JD Carton team were terrific. Michael is super responsive and the team who moved me today were true professionals,. I’m a tough customer but have to say they exceeded my expectations. The moving team was on time, very careful packers/unpackers, respectful, and super helpful. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
