Dr. Jackson is great! He is professional, personable and thoughtful. He has a great demeanor and was always on a good mood when I saw him. I was in so much pain before I went to him with my knee. Dr Jeffery Jackson and his staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and efficient. They are great at figuring out the problem and offering positive solutions. Dr. Jackson did a R knee replacement on me 2 years ago. While rehab took time and patience, my right knee is strong and works better than it has in years. And the best part is that it's pain free! I can jog, cycle, and exercise and still wear a pair of heels out in the evening! I have my mobility and freedom back.

Dr. Jackson is, in my opinion, one of the finest orthopaedic doctors with whom i have had joint replacement surgery (I have two hip replacements and two knee replacements by 4 different doctors]. Recently, it became necessary for me to have my right knee replaced. I had just heard about robotic assisted Total Knee Replacement and started looking for a Doctor who was competent with the robot. I interviewed 4 different doctors in the Salt Lake City/Park City area. And, it wasn't until I met Doctor Jackson that I was comfortable to go ahead with that procedure. When I asked him how many total knee replacements he had done with the robot, he couldn't tell me; he said he didn't keep track. He volunteered that he had been trained 6+ years ago to use the robot. So, I asked him how many did you do last month? And he still couldn't give me a number and responded "I did 8 yesterday!" Well, that was good enough for me. He obviously was current on the technology and the technique. So, I signed up right there and never looked back. My experience was extraordinary. It took nearly 7 months to rehab my left knee with the traditional knee replacement surgery I had in Virginia, and amazingly only 7 weeks to totally rehab the right knee that Doctor Jackson did. There was less pain. It was easier to move the joint right from the first day. And I was able to participate fully in physical therapy because I could move well with the knee. I was comfortable driving after a week. I could walk a flight of stairs in two weeks. The final result is superior in that it is much more flexible in my ability to sit on the floor, get in and out of cars, chairs, etc., and walk up and down stairs. The scar from my surgery has all but disappeared completely! Dr. Jackson is personable, caring, and takes his time with each patient, making sure he answers all of your questions and concerns. After three months, a question arose about an activity I wanted to do. I called the office, left a message, and after hospital hours, Dr. Jackson called me back personally. Very impressive! Wow! What more can I say about Dr Jackson. When another doctor was telling my issues were "not of any concern", even though I was in excruciating pain, Jackson came to the rescue. Multiple times. His bedside manner is incredible. I feel valued and listened to with every single appointment. I was referred to him by a co worker, and boy am I glad I took that referral. I have found my ortho for life! I have recommended him to many family and friends. I promise you, you wont regret it if you see him.
