THEY ARE HOLDING MY GOODS HOSTAGE! Extremely unprofessional, dishonest and rogue mover! They want to charge me an additional $7000 instead of the $1500 in original estimate. They claimed I have doubled estimated cubic feet but in reality I only exceeded 8 boxes. My original requested delivery date is 1/15 and I still have not received my goods nor have I got any updates when they will be delivered. They are extremely hard to reach to, never answering calls. Every time they say they will call me back they never did. They work with broker "Four links Logistics" so beware of those two!

I used these guys to move me awhile back, so although this review is late, people need to be aware of their faulty practices. Let’s just say, the movers will help themselves to your belongings, if you do not keep a list of what items are packed in specific boxes. The driver will try to coerce the consumer into signing their contract BEFORE the move is completed, using the excuse that they will not get paid until the contract is signed. Once you sign their contract, whatever gets damaged (or is missing) will not be reimbursed. Once they have your signature, they can mishandle your belongings, and there’s nothing you can do about it because you signed their contract, which indicates that the move was done completely and without damages. It wasn’t until after they left my premises, I found many of my items broken, many boxes never made it to the new location, some boxes were actually opened with items missing… When I mentioned this to the young lady who answers the phone there, she just gave me a run around — for the next 12 months, indicating that they would reimburse me. That never happened, because their movers coerced me into signing the contract BEFORE THE MOVE WAS COMPLETED, so they could give me my belongings.

They dealt with me in a very professional manner. Moved me in and out from my old space and into my new all in a day, even though I arranged the move last minute. Also they have decent rates. Shout outs to Mr. Hercules and Lou.
