Horrible customer service and reckless drivers. Truck (last 4 of lic plate is 2192) nearly ran me off the road as they crossed multiple lanes in less than 200' despite driving a truck with 2 trailers. Not only did I have to slam on my breaks so he didn't side swipe me, but a bunch of rocks fell out of his truck and one chipped my windshield. I tried calling to report the driver to the computer, apparently the lady wasn't in yet so they took my info and never called back. I wasn't asking for anything just wanted to bring to their attention the reckless jerk that drives for them.

Update from previous rating. I gave this company a bad rating yesterday in regards to a rock hitting my windshield and will ultimately have to be replaced. I did not have a good experience with Karen The office receptionist when I called to See if they will fix the windshield. If All truth be told, I became a very difficult person to deal with due to her lack of concern and would seem to me to be condescending type of attitude. I spoke with the owner this morning and updating my review. He’s a very decent man And took the time to speak with me and explain to me what insurance companies can cover and what they will not cover. If the truck is empty it’s out of their hands which I can understand. The previous person who wrote a review about the same situation should update their review as well, as I have been advised and believe that the rock that hit his windshield as well was also kicked up from a truck that was empty and ultimately denied by the insurance company, but Larry decided to replace the windshield for him anyways. That may not be the case for myself but after speaking with Larry I am better informed now on how these types of claims work and how their hands are tied and they can’t possibly fix every persons windshield that calls and says their trucks are the reason they have a crack. With all that being said, Karen still needs a little work on her customer service.
