Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They know what is required to install up to county and city code standards. They keep customers notified as to status of arrival, and they do arrive on time. We highly recommend them for residential plumbing and heating needs.

They dug out broken clay sewer pipes and installed new pipes as promised and on time. They even put the lawn back in order. Very happy!

our furnace broke about a week ago and it's pretty cold around here! They were booked out for about a week, but they showed up early to their appointment today and John, the technician they sent out, was incredible! Fixed the part quickly and now it's nice and toasty. Feeling very happy

i had one of the best experience with geo wilson's professional service. we had a small old cottage in the red woods with leaking issue which hard to locate where it came from. geo sent a full experienced team from field engineer, technician and supervisor to come to identify the location. this helped us in a big savings on minimizing to break down cabinets, walls and concrete floors. also they spent time to explain to option of the services for the re-piping project. James, the product engineer kept such thorough communication with us from scheduling, coordinate with city inspection to recommendations... if you have complicated plumbing issue, i highly recommend to have geo to come for help

This company charges $155 per hour. They are located less than 15 minutes away from my home. The plumber was under my house for less than 1/2 hour. I was expecting the bill to be around $155. When I called to explain, it was reduced by $40, but I still got a bill for $249. The person who called me back said, "What the plumber did would take longer than a 1/2 hour. I timed it! This time judgement call is unprofessional. I am going to pay the $249 because I want to be done. This is a poorly run over priced business. I spent too much time already, and I want others to be aware. During his stay he took a phone call, needless to say, I was charged for his time while he was on the phone.
