Jerry is a competent and no nonsense closing attorney that I am more than happy to use. The last closing I had with him he was straight forward with the clients and didn't put up with shenanigans they would try and pull. He has my repeat business because his one objective is to close the deal and make everything kosher instead of sugar coating things and wasting everyone's time. Some people may find it off putting that he actually tells the truth instead of tiptoeing around the issue and stroking egos, I personally like the fact he gets things done correctly.

We purchased a home 23 years ago and used Jerry when he was on old town Buford. We were warned about postponements and the little things that could push back the closing. We were concerned, but it happened without any hiccups. I know they are professional and are a no nonsense kind of atty’s office. I love that characteristic in a professional atmosphere. Telling me what you “think” I want to hear would just make me mad. I’m a straight shooter and need those type of ppl in my life. With all of that said, we are currently looking to move. We will be using them again. Looking forward to yet another flawless, professional closing.

The other post with the negative reviews are definitely true. This attorney is so rude. Even the people that work for him stated the same. He was the closing attorney for the buyers of my mother's house. The realtors that work with him are as rude and unprofessional, it never hurts anyone to be nice. I would never use Nicole Cohron as well.

I had a very bad experience with this real estate closing office. Having been a party to over 100 closed real estate transactions myself, I realize that real estate transactions can be complicated things. It is not uncommon for there to be last minute changes and or clarifications needed. It can definitely be a stressful situation for all parties involved. With this in mind, the staff acted outwardly hostile and rude when things weren't immediately resolved to their satisfaction. When I asked to speak to the attorney I was told that "he's not here" and was not offered the opportunity to leave a message. I would highly recommend finding another closing attorney unless you don't mind being treated rudely when things don't go exactly to their liking. There are lots of options to choose from when looking for a real estate closing attorney, I'd recommend any one of them over this firm.

I have had two unpleasant experiences with this attorney. After deciding to place my first experience with his office behind me, I decided to give him another try. The main problem this time I was personally paying him to close our transaction. It is my opinion that he needs some major polishing with how treats people. Never again!
