Jerry’s company was quick and extremely pleasant through the process. A local “mom and pop” shop with Jerry, his wife, and daughters who all care about clients having a great experience! Would recommend to anyone needing a knowledgeable appraisal team

A borrower of mine had waited over 1 month past his original closing date(thank god the sellers and agent understood), only to be delayed delayed with no response from jerry or his office. When you do get them on the phone, their go to response is “jerry should be in within an hour and we made a note on his desk.” None of the staff know what is going on with any of the files. So my borrower called their office directly, where it is Jerry’s daughter and there were disagreements during the conversation, only for Jerry to decide he isn’t doing it anymore. Appraisers here in the valley are continuing to prove their laziness and their industry is proving to be untrustworthy due to not having any real regulating. If you get assigned this company, steer clear and request someone else u less you are ok with losing lots of money.

Jerry's team waited a long time to contact us for the appraisal and was given an assigned time without any input from us. Didn't give even give a name or number to call back. When we wanted to schedule a time, then promptly reassigned our file back to company that assigns appraisers. When we balked at his unprofessional behavior as I reported his behavior to assigning company, he insulted my in emails. Strongly advise avoiding him and if he is assigned to you, call your bank or assigner of the appraisal to change to someone else right away. I would never want someone with this attitude near or in my house.
