Maria was great in helping my dad and I sell his condo. She did so much research and provided so much information to us about selling the property. They even staged the condo when it went for sale and so many people were interested. We even got offers before we could put it up on the market. My dad was able to sell the condo for way over the asking price. Her marketing skills are above and beyond. She really cares about her clients.

Maria is amazing, and we love her! Our home search was a bit of a roller coaster (of course due to COVID-19), and Maria was patient and stuck with us through it all. We started the process looking for our "stepping stone" house, but ended up in a home that we would love to live in for many years to come. From the start, Maria was communicative and supportive. This is our first home, so it was definitely an emotional process. We thought we knew what we wanted from the get go, but it turns out we didn't! (We found out through trial and error of viewing many homes.) Maria asked plenty of questions to make sure she understood our wants and must haves in our home, and from that, she sent us many great recommendations. Eventually, we nailed down the location that we wanted, as well as our must haves. One of the things that we are most grateful for, as first time home buyers, was all the information Maria provided us and how transparent she is. Without us asking, Maria walked us through the home buying process from start to finish - she explained the importance of home inspections and property reports; the offer process and how to make a strong offer (including offer letters); and what contingencies are, how they work, and how to use them to our advantage. (Not that we didn't already appreciate her, but we actually realized just how awesome Maria was when our friend, who was also searching for his first home, had no idea what the aforementioned topics even were.)
