I really enjoyed their service! I moved to a new place, and there was a lot of trash, including vanity mirrors. Their response was super fast. I was able to clear out my garage the same day I called them. They offered a free estimate and brought a truck to take all my garbage away immediately. If I didn’t like the estimate, they mentioned they wouldn’t charge anything. The price was pretty reasonable. Highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Junk King and plan on hiring them again for at least 1-2 more rounds. I’m going minimalist. Too much unnecessary stuff is making me mentally exhausted. And there is too much to clean up with stuff. It’s hard not to have it when you’ve got kiddos. 🤣 They were professional, great with communication, and nice! Highly recommend.

I called CalWaste to come take my washer, dryer, and 2 couches. Their rules are so stringent and strict that by not placing the items entirely on the street (otherwise I would have blocked part of the street), they refused to pick it up. Their customer service is rude, too. I called Junk King to help remove my 2 couches that were left. I tried to give them away but there was no hope in getting rid of them. The person over the phone (I forgot his name) was very kind and professional. He walked me through pricing, and was able to pick it up in less than 24 hours the next day. The day of the delivery, I got a call over 30 minutes ahead of time to give me notice they were on their way. They were also very friendly on the phone, too. They arrived on time, picked up the items, and sent me the invoice. It was pretty reasonably priced, too - other companies wanted over $250, but I was charged less than that. This service is great, honestly. From start to finish, everything was smooth, fast, professional, and friendly. I can't recommend this business enough for junk removal.
