I wish I could provide zero stars. Their claim that they provide minute-to-minute tracking information is fraudulent. Waited all night for an extremely important package, called customer service several times and was given ETAs that turned out to be flat-out wrong. After staying awake all through the night -- for an original ETA of 10pm -- the package is still not here at 8am the following morning. Customer services offered nothing but excuses this morning. Awful experience.

Package never showed up when I called they said the driver attempted to deliver around 5pm which I find funny because I was home all day with the front door open driver lied to his boss not a good company to use. I wold know because I am a same day courier for Fed ex I would have been written up if I pull what their driver pulled very disappointed with the service and customer service
