We moved as a family of five cross state, and they did an amazing job. James was really good with communication, everything was transparent and clear so no surprises popped up on the day of the move. Spencer and the other movers were all really strong and could easily move our things into their truck. Our stuff arrived within a good time frame too, we only spent one night before our truck came in and we could start unpacking. I loved this company and I totally recommend.

This turned out to be the best money I've spent. This is a professional moving company. They keep you updated on when you can expect them to arrive. They were all very friendly. And best of all they can clear out an apartment in the speed of light. And they aren't just tossing your stuff around, they packed the truck like Tetris experts. I recently relocated from LA to the Atlanta area and was definitely stressed about the move! I researched a ton of different companies and chose Jet Moving And Storage because their quote was by far the best, and they had outstanding Response. They also had the shortest commute time of 3-9 business days to get our belongings down there. Some other people had over 14 business days! They were super communicative and I worked with James who was available by phone or email for any questions. Once the day of the move came, the guys were efficient and quick at moving our 1 bedroom apartment, and they wrapped everything and were done in 4 hours. On the previous day of the move, the carrier called me 24 hours ahead and told me he would be arriving. So all in all, it was about a week before the stuff got there which wasn't too bad. On the day of, he told me he would actually be early, which was great. They had a checklist of numbered items, and I was to check them off to make sure everything arrived safely. Everything was there and accounted for! They were good at setting the stuff up too. There was only 1 item that was damaged and that was my antique vanity. I told James about it, and they were easily able to refund me a bit of money. I had a ton of china and expensive dishes that I wrapped well, and they all arrived in tact. I'd recommend them to anyone doing a move from Los Angeles or out of state move!

I had a fantastic experience with this moving company. If I had to use one phrase to characterize them I would say - exceptional professional service. My move was complicated with some heavy/fragile furniture, a 5th floor walk up, and a stop at a storage facility before moving me to Texas The move team were speedy, strong, courteous and careful. They really went above and beyond doing disassembly, reassembly and installations. They even hung up my clothes at my new home! They made a stressful day more manageable. I've used 6 other move companies, so I have a lot of reference points. The price was a great value and beyond reasonable. The quote I got was accurate, no funny business on move day, and even when I found that I had a few more boxes they did not change the quote. The next time I move, this is the company that I will call.
