It was too good to be true. We were first time Public Storage renters and was so excited with the reviews. We got to the storage facility, entered the gate and looked for AD377 but we are so confused. We went back and couldn’t find how to. There was no map nor a sign that would lead us to Exit. I went back to where we entered and saw this person in public storage uniform walking closer. I waved and greeted her with a smile. While in the car trying to maneuver the car back, I called her attention and informed her we are new and we are lost. She said she couldn’t help us and point to us to go around and figure our way out. She continued to go to a makeshift door which looks like her apartment in the facility. Our experience might be different from others but I would have expected, with all the nice reviews, she could have atleast educated us. I understand it was almost 5pm but you were already with us and a little education wouldn’t hurt. I called customer service and it only took less than 5mins to lead us to where our unit is. When we reached the building, there was no trolley; the elevator’s smell was unbearable; and the unbelievable interaction with the person in the picture, lead us to discontinue our business with Public Storage and went with Extra Storage instead.

Mary was a huge help at Public Storage. She gave me a tour of the property and assured safety! I would highly recommend coming in and connecting with Mary on getting yourself a storage. Thanks again Mary!

I went to public storage to take some things into my unit and I noticed Mary walking the property she said hi like always and continued on her walk. Mary came back around and seen I was trying to move stuff into the unit and hold my baby in another arm. Mary so kindly offered to carry my baby while I was moving stuff. She differently didn't have to do that what so ever. Mary went above and beyond on helping out a customer. What would have been an 1 hour process took only less than 15 minutes.

I went in a couple of days ago since I was having trouble making a payment online. When I walked in the lovely Mary greeted me and even though she was with another customer, she made sure she will get to as soon as she could. Like always she is very helpful and professional.
