We moved house today with Jim Fahey moving. From first contact to today, they have been responsive, professional and courteous. They did an exceptional job. They completed the move in great time, they were careful and they reconstructed all the furniture perfectly. They were really reasonable too. We’ve done around 8 moved in the last decade, some international, but I can honestly say that they were the best we’ve ever had. I highly recommend them!

John and his crew of 2 were exceptionally strategic and careful with all of our belongings for our move within town. They packed most of our things late afternoon on a Sunday and then came back Monday morning to finish up. John was very flexible with the timing of our move being that the original closing date was postponed 3 days. He was attentive and professional and it was comforting having John (the owner) on site during the entire process! Very fair price and highly recommended!

These guys are GREAT! John and his two wonderful helpers picked up 2 top-heavy antique bookshelves for me in Westport and brought them to the Monroe area and managed to get them inside a couple tight doorways to our house. They were communicative with each other about how best to get these big pieces inside, and John was in communication with me days in advance so he could fit my job in amongst others. John was courteous, willing to work with me on pricing, and his team was also capable and kind. I definitely recommend them.

They were extremely professional, arrived promptly as promised. They were careful and wrapped my furniture, nothing was damaged. The price was reasonable and fair, as agreed to and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Jim Fahey Moving and I would use them again!
